Hi, I'm Matt Wilson (he⁄they) and I'm a full stack developer - Principal Engineer - from the UK who focuses primarily on the frontend nowadays, utilising React, NextJS, Typescript, and Node amongst a bunch of other technologies that you've probably heard of.
I've been an engineer for close to 20 years now and I've been managed & mentoring teams of engineers for 12+ of those years, building teams and engineering cultures that deliver scaleable products at pace but also respects the engineers and allows them to grow. I'm constantly learning new technologies and improving my knowledge of my current ones in order to continually improve, in engineering there's never a moment that you know it all.
